Return Policy

Personalized Items (T-Shirts, Sweatshirts, Hoodies)

All of our products are made to order and often personalized/customized.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items due to size, color preference, or change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are eligible for a return or replacement.
To start the process, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at mejeetunal@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product issue

Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label if required.

Conditions for Accepted Returns

  • Item must be unused/unworn and in its original packaging (unless the defect is in production/shipping).

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made items (unless damaged/defective/incorrect)

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at stiloteeshop@gmail.com.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you’d like another item, please return the incorrect/defective one (if eligible) and place a new order.
